Our Story
KARED began long before it became a brand.
It started with a 12-year-old girl who simply wanted to feel confident in her skin.
Growing up, I struggled with discoloration and dark spots on my legs, under my arms, and on parts of my face. When a classmate once told me I had “strawberry legs,” I went home determined to understand my skin and how to care for it. I experimented with DIY routines using whatever ingredients we had. That moment sparked a passion that never left.
Skincare became my comfort, my ritual, and my form of self-expression. My mother always taught me the importance of caring for myself, and I adored spending time in her bathroom exploring her products and trying them all. Those memories shaped the foundation of who I am and the heart behind KARED.
As I got older, my love for community grew alongside my love for skincare. While majoring in Political Science, I realized how deeply I cared about people—about their well-being, their confidence, and their inner peace. KARED was built from that desire to care. To remind people that they are seen, valued, and deserving of moments created just for themselves.
In a world that constantly moves at a fast pace, KARED is the gentle reminder to slow down.
To breathe.
To reset.
To nurture what’s within so you can show up as the brightest version of yourself on the outside.
KARED is more than a skincare company—
it’s a movement rooted in care, healing, and hope.
And this is only the beginning.
